Adimab is changing the discovery, maturation and production of therapeutic human antibodies. By integrating all aspects of antibody discovery and developing sophisticated screening methods, Adimab can rapidly discover high affinity antibodies that also behave well in a formulation and manufacturing context. Our proprietary library design and presentation technology allows us to discover full-length human antibodies with broad epitope coverage, high affinity and therapeutic relevance faster than any current technology.
Adimab was founded by two of the world's leading yeast biotechnologists: Professor Tillman Gerngross (Dartmouth, Co-founder of GlycoFi, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Merck & Co. since 2006) who led the humanization effort to engineer yeast for the production of human glycoproteins, and Professor Dane Wittrup (MIT, Co-founder of Biodisplay, acquired by Abbott Labs in 2001.) who pioneered yeast surface display for the discovery and maturation of antibody fragments.

Celdara builds academic and early-stage inventions into high-potential medical companies. CM identifies discoveries and inventions of exceptional value at the earliest stages, engages the inventor and their institution to access the technology, and builds a business around the technology within CM. When successful, we may spin the business out as part of an A-round of financing, or grow it organically into either a source of cash flow or a trade sale target.

ImmuRX is developing adjuvanct platforms for the treatment of cancer and infectious disease.
ImmuRx is changing the potential of immunotherapy to treat cancer and chronic infectious disease. By stimulating both the innate and adaptive halves of the immune system, ImmuRx has demonstrated significantly greater immune responses and greater therapeutic benefit than most competing adjuvants in a wide variety of disease indications.
ImmuRx’s unique approach reduces solid tumor mass, increases survival times in cutaneous and hematapoietic tumor models and protects against both viral and bacterial infections at levels approaching 100% in numerous animal models. The ‘generic’ nature of the ImmuRx platform allows for broad utility against a wide variety of cancers and infectious diseases.
ImmuRx has assembled a team of leading immunologists, clinical practitioners, intellectual property counsel, and management to bring this discovery to the next stage.

ProQueSys, LLC
ProQueSys was founded to bring to market a new and powerful data correlation technology, named Process Query Systems. Since the inception of databases, companies have collected every conceivable piece of information with the ultimate objective to make better business decisions based on the stored data. Unfortunately, databases are growing bigger and larger, while the ability to usefully analyze the data in them, has not improved much.
Process Query Systems are generic correlation platforms that enable the user to find patterns in stored data that might not be readily apparent. Specifically, if you have some knowledge of the relationships in the data, a PQS can use this knowledge to find behavioral patterns, and detect changes in behavioral patterns over time, no matter what the data actually is. A PQS is therefore application independent, and can be used for many different data analysis problems.
